About the Role

As a Manager – Presales & Solutions, you will play a key role in driving solution-led growth by partnering with Sales, Strategy, and Delivery teams to design innovative Retail & eCommerce solutions. You will own the presales lifecycle, lead customer engagements, create winning proposals, and help convert opportunities into successful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end presales activities, including prospect qualification and solution ownership.
- Understand customer requirements and design scalable Retail & eCommerce solutions.
- Lead RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, solution presentations, demos, and client workshops.
- Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Strategy teams to develop commercially viable solutions.
- Build high-quality proposals, effort estimations,



and solution architectures.
- Act as a trusted advisor for clients during the presales phase.
- Develop reusable solution assets, case studies, and proposal templates.
- Ensure seamless transition from presales to project delivery.

Desired Technical Knowledge

Candidates should have solution-level understanding of:
- Enterprise B2B/B2C eCommerce platforms
- Omnichannel & Marketplace Commerce
- Headless & Composable Commerce
- PIM, DAM & Content Management
- Data Warehousing, Analytics & BI
- ERP Integrations, APIs & Microservices
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Exposure to AI/ML use cases in Retail is an added advantage.

Required Experience
- 5–15 years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, or Solution Architecture within IT/ITeS.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in the Retail/eCommerce domain.(Must)
- Proven expertise in client-facing solutioning, proposal development, and technic
