About Us

AdventSys Technologies is an IT services and product company serving clients across BFSI, Manufacturing, and Life Sciences. Alongside our services business, we build GoVal (www.govalidation.com) — a Computerised Systems Validation (CSV) platform for pharmaceutical manufacturers and other Life Science companies, and used by customers across India, Europe and the United States. We are ISO 9001, 27001 certified.

Role:

You will open conversations with Quality, Validation and IT leaders at pharmaceutical manufacturers across India, Southeast Asia and international markets, and qualify them into discovery calls.
- Research target accounts and identify QA, validation and IT decision-makers
- Run structured email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
- Qualify inbound and outbound interest against defined criteria
- Book and coordinate discovery calls and product demonstrations
- Maintain accurate pipeline records in CRM
- Report on outreach activity and conversion metrics

What we're looking for




- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related discipline; MBA an advantage
- Freshers welcome. Early experience in pharmacovigilance, regulatory affairs, QA/QC or medical representation is particularly relevant
- Clear, precise written English — a substantial part of this role is writing
- Interest in pharmaceutical quality systems, GxP and regulatory compliance
- Comfort with CRM and prospecting tools, or willingness to learn quickly
- Openness to structured coaching and daily feedback

Prior sales experience is welcome but not required. We would rather teach commercial skills to someone who understands the regulated pharma setting than the reverse.
