Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing & Creative team. The ideal candidate should have solid visual communication skills and experience in creating engaging designs for digital, print, social media, branding, and marketing campaigns, preferably within the real estate or related industry.
The candidate will be responsible for developing creative concepts and marketing collaterals that align with the company's brand identity and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Design
- Develop creative concepts and designs for marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Design brochures, flyers, leaflets, posters, standees, banners, hoardings, invitations, and other marketing collaterals.
- Create visually appealing creatives for real estate projects, launches, offers, and events.
- Develop innovative layouts while maintaining brand consistency.

Digital & Social Media Designs
- Create creative content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Design social media posts, stories, reels covers, digital ads, website banners, and emailers.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to create creatives for performance marketing campaigns.
- Adapt designs into different sizes and formats based on platform requirements.
3. Real Estate Marketing Collaterals
- Design project brochures, fact sheets, presentations, sales kits, rate cards, floor-plan presentations, and other sales-support materials.
- Create branding materials for project sites, sales offices, sample flats, events, and exhibitions.
- Ensure all project communication follows the approved brand guidelines.
4. Brand Management
- Maintain consistency in fonts, colours, imagery, layouts, and overall visual identity.
