Responsible for managing the organization's regulatory compliance framework through the compliance management tool, ensuring timely monitoring, reporting, regulatory change implementation, compliance mapping, and governance oversight. The role drives compliance visibility across the organization, supports regulatory submissions under Direct Selling Rules, ensures timely completion of statutory reporting obligations, and maintains an effective compliance monitoring and escalation mechanism.

Role & responsibilities
- Monitor and report the organization's compliance status through the compliance management tool, ensuring timely tracking and closure of compliance obligations across functions.
- Review regulatory updates and legislative changes provided by the compliance tool vendor, assess applicability with business stakeholders, and create recent compliance requirements within the compliance management tool.
- Maintain and periodically review the compliance library, including unmapped obligations, to ensure completeness, accuracy,



and coverage of all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with business and functional stakeholders to validate compliance ownership, due dates, evidence submissions, and compliance status updates within the compliance tool.
- Identify overdue, high-risk, and critical compliance obligations and escalate significant compliance gaps or delays to management in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with Direct Selling Rules and related regulatory requirements by monitoring central and state-level regulatory developments, notifications, and monitoring mechanisms.
- Manage timely submission of undertakings, declarations, and regulatory reports required under Direct Selling regulations and ensure all mandated disclosures and reports are updated on the company website.
- Coordinate and ensure timely and accurate submission of ASSISSE surveys reporting requirements.
