About the Role

We are looking for a Google & Meta Ads Manager to manage and grow the company's digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram.

The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring and optimizing paid advertising campaigns with the objective of generating quality leads, website traffic, enquiries and sales for our lab-grown diamond and jewellery business.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, retargeting, audience targeting, conversion tracking and campaign analytics.

Key Responsibilities1. Meta Ads Management
- Plan, create and manage advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
- Set up campaigns for:
- Lead Generation
- Website Traffic
- Product Sales
- Remarketing
- Brand Awareness
- Instagram/WhatsApp Enquiries




- Create and manage different audience segments.
- Set up Custom Audiences and Lookalike Audiences.
- Manage retargeting campaigns for website visitors and social media users.
- Test different creatives, copy, audiences and campaign objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets accordingly.

2. Google Ads Management
- Plan and manage Google Search, Display, Performance Max and YouTube campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and identify high-intent search terms.
- Create and optimize search campaigns for jewellery and lab-grown diamond products.
- Manage negative keywords and search terms.
- Optimize bids, budgets, locations and audiences.
- Monitor Quality Score, CTR, CPC, conversions and ROAS.
- Develop remarketing campaigns through Google Ads.

3. Campaign Strategy
- Develop monthly paid advertising strategies based on business objectives.
- Plan campaigns for new collections, products, offers and festive seasons.
