To support and execute the organizations media planning and media coordination activities across print/press, television/electronic, radio, digital and other relevant media platforms. The role will be responsible for developing media plans, coordinating with media houses and agencies, negotiating and monitoring media placements, ensuring timely execution of campaigns, and evaluating media performance and effectiveness.

Role & responsibilities :

Media Planning & Execution
- Develop media plans aligned with campaign objectives, target audience, geography and budget.
- Coordinate media activities across newspapers, magazines, television, radio, digital and other media platforms.
- Prepare media schedules, campaign calendars and media deployment plans.
- Ensure timely release of advertisements, press materials, campaign creatives and other communication materials.
- Monitor campaign execution against approved plans and budgets.

Press & Print Media Coordination
- Maintain regular working relationships with newspapers, magazines, news portals and other press-media organizations.




- Coordinate advertisement releases, editorial opportunities, interviews, press coverage and other media requirements.
- Obtain media proposals, rate cards, publication schedules and circulation/reach data.
- Coordinate with journalists, media representatives and publication teams as required.

Electronic / TV / Radio Media
- Coordinate with television channels, radio stations and electronic media representatives.
- Plan and coordinate TV/radio spots, interviews, programmes, sponsorships and other media opportunities.
- Track telecast/broadcast schedules and obtain proof-of-performance where applicable.

Media & Vendor Management
- Liaise with media agencies, advertising agencies and media houses.
- Evaluate media proposals and negotiate rates, packages and value-added opportunities.
- Ensure media bookings are made within approved budgets.
- Verify invoices, release orders, campaign schedules
