- Welcome and seat guests professionally.
- Take orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Ensure guests receive food and beverages on time.
- Handle guest requests and complaints politely.
- Supervise waiters and service staff during the shift.
- Allocate tables and duties to team members.
- Monitor staff grooming, punctuality, and service standards.
- Train new service staff when required.
- Check table setup, cleanliness, cutlery, crockery, and menus before service.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for smooth service.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and order accuracy.
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures.
- Check bills for accuracy.
- Assist guests with payment and billing issues.
- Coordinate with the cashier when corrections are required.




- Follow company procedures for cash and POS transactions.
- Listen carefully to complaints.
- Apologize professionally and offer an appropriate solution.
- Escalate responsible issues to the Restaurant Manager.
- Follow up to ensure the guest is satisfied.
- Monitor service-area stock such as cutlery, napkins, glassware, and condiments.
- Report shortages or damages.
- Maintain food-safety and hygiene standards.
- Ensure the dining area remains clean throughout the shift.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
