Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager with strong healthcare domain experience and a solid technical background to own product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution. The ideal candidate will combine product management expertise with a robust understanding of software engineering, .NET technologies, test automation, system architecture, and healthcare applications.

The candidate will work closely with engineering, QA, architecture, UX, business stakeholders, customers, and leadership teams to define and deliver scalable, high-quality products aligned with business and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and communicate the product vision, strategy, objectives, and long-term product direction.
- Define and maintain the product roadmap, balancing customer needs, business priorities, technical investments, and market requirements.




- Own and prioritize the strategic product backlog based on business value, customer impact, technical feasibility, and organizational priorities.
- Translate business and customer requirements into clear product requirements, epics, features, and user stories.
- Take end-to-end ownership of features, from ideation and requirements through development, validation, release, and adoption.
- Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to evaluate technical feasibility, system architecture, scalability, integrations, and technical debt.
- Leverage data, product metrics, customer feedback, and analytics to drive product decisions and measure outcomes.
- Identify and proactively manage product risks, dependencies, assumptions, constraints, and cross-team impacts.
- Drive alignment among business stakeholders, engineering, QA, UX, architecture, operations, and customer-facing teams.
