VMC Operator Job Description

VMC Operator required to operate VMC machines and produce components as per drawings, dimensions, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate VMC machine and meet daily production targets.
- Read and understand engineering drawings.
- Perform tool setting, job setting, and offset correction.
- Inspect components using Vernier, Micrometer, etc.
- Monitor machining process and maintain quality.
- Handle basic machine/tool-related issues and maintain 5S.

Required Skills
- VMC machine operating experience.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings and machining tolerances.
- Knowledge of tool setting, work offsets, and tool offsets.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments.
- Basic knowledge of G-code/M-code.
- Fanuc/Mitsubishi/Siemens control knowledge preferred.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
