What You Own

You own recruitment delivery as a P&L.; Sales signs the mandate. From that moment, sourcing, screening, client management, offer, joining, invoicing and collection are yours.
- Revenue, not activity.
Convert signed mandate value into collected revenue. Build a qualification gate so the team works roles that actually close. Prioritise by expected fee x probability of close.
- Staffing operations.
Pod structure, recruiter to requisition ratios,



capacity planning, load balancing. Hire, onboard and ramp recruiters against a documented 30 day plan.
- Cycle time.
Compress mandate to join. Instrument every stage (mandate live, first shortlist, first client interview, first offer, offer to join), own the SLA on each, publish attainment weekly.
- Quality and clients.
Shortlist standards, interview-to-select ratios, client feedback looped back into sourcing. Own repeat business, replacement exposure and early attrition.
