Role Description
The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bilaspur. In this position, the individual is responsible for identifying and pursuing current business opportunities in industrial construction and project management services, including lead generation, client outreach, and market development.



Daily tasks include meeting with prospective and existing clients, preparing and presenting proposals, coordinating with technical and project teams to align offerings with client requirements, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline. The role involves researching market trends, monitoring competitor activities, and contributing to pricing and strategy discussions to strengthen the company’s market position. The Business Development Manager is also expected to maintain accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools, report on performance metrics, and participate in networking events and industry forums to enhance the company’s visibility.
