About the Role

Cremeitalia is looking for a HoReCa Sales Officer to drive sales and business development across the Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Caterers, Cloud Kitchens, and other institutional customers in the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate should have experience in HoReCa Sales in Dairy industry, strong market knowledge, and the ability to develop recent customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Identify and develop new HoReCa customers and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers, bakeries, cloud kitchens, and institutional clients.
- Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings to generate new business.
- Generate leads through market mapping, references, cold calling, and networking.




- Present Cremeitalia products and understand customer requirements.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Follow up on enquiries, samples, trials, and product approvals.
- Ensure regular orders and repeat business from existing customers.
- Coordinate with distributors and internal teams for timely product supply and delivery.
- Monitor customer outstanding payments and coordinate with accounts for collections.
- Track competitor activities, pricing, products, and market trends.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales data and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Support product launches, promotions, sampling, and customer activation activities.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Ensure achievement of distribution and product-wise sales objectives.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing is an added advantage.
