Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete day-to-day operations of Suhana Beulah Heritage & Resort, Auroville, Pondicherry.
- Manage room enquiries, reservations, booking confirmations, cancellations, check-ins and check-outs.
- Handle enquiries and bookings for weddings, corporate events, retreats, family functions and group stays.
- Prepare quotations and packages, follow up with clients, negotiate within approved limits and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security and Event Teams to ensure smooth guest stays and successful events.
- Maintain accurate room inventory, booking records, event calendars and enquiry follow-up trackers.
- Ensure rooms, facilities and event spaces are properly prepared before guest arrival or event commencement.
- Handle guest complaints, special requests and VIP arrangements professionally and promptly.
- Drive room occupancy and event revenue through active sales, corporate tie-ups, travel agents and local business partnerships.
- Monitor booking advances,



final payments and outstanding dues while coordinating with Accounts for billing and collections.
- Supervise resort staff, allocate duties and maintain discipline, grooming and service standards.
- Coordinate with vendors for catering, decoration, laundry, maintenance, transportation and other resort requirements.
- Monitor overall cleanliness, maintenance, utilities, inventory and property standards.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports covering occupancy, bookings, event enquiries, revenue, collections, complaints and upcoming events.
- Ensure every enquiry is recorded, followed up and taken through to closure without missed opportunities.
- Take ownership of the complete customer journey: Enquiry → Quotation → Booking → Execution → Billing → Feedback.
- Work closely with Management and Marketing to identify recent revenue opportunities and develop attractive packages and promotional initiatives.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 pe
