About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Project Officer to support and manage afforestation, reforestation, and plantation projects across multiple locations.



The ideal candidate should have a solid academic background in forestry or environmental sciences and hands-on experience in planning, implementing, and monitoring plantation activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor afforestation and plantation projects.
- Conduct site assessments, plantation surveys, and field inspections.
- Coordinate with local communities, government departments, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure timely plantation activities, including site preparation, planting, maintenance, and survival monitoring.
- Maintain project records, field reports, and progress documentation.
- Monitor plantation health, growth rates, and survival percentages.
- Ensure compliance with project guidelines, environmental standards, and reporting requirements.
