Role Description
The Alliances Manager is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships that drive growth for TestGrid. This role involves identifying, evaluating, and onboarding technology partners, channel partners, and other strategic allies that complement TestGrid’s testing solutions. The Alliances Manager will lead joint business planning,



coordinate co-marketing and co-selling initiatives, and maintain strong relationship management to maximize partner performance. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market and partner research, negotiating alliance agreements, aligning internal teams on partner strategies, tracking partnership metrics, and preparing regular reports and presentations for leadership. The role requires close collaboration with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alliances are integrated into go-to-market plans and deliver measurable business outcomes.
