Job Description: Automation/Design and Assembly
Position: Manager-Automation
Location: Bengaluru
Department: Production
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop automation systems and machinery to improve production efficiency.
Create detailed technical drawings and plans for new equipment and assembly lines.
Oversee the assembly and installation of automated systems.
Conduct testing and troubleshooting of automation equipment to ensure proper functionality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and quality control, Vendors to
optimize processes.
Perform regular maintenance and upgrades to existing automation systems.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and system
specifications.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical
Lead and Manage the Manufacturing Team
Proven experience in automation, design, or assembly engineering.
Knowledge of SPM, Servo Drives and Motors, Assembly
Familiarity with robotics, sensors, and control systems.
Experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Robust communication and project management skills.
