About the Role

We are looking for an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the essential bridge between our sales team and internal operations. You will handle administrative sales workflows, track incoming digital inquiries, maintain CRM records, assist with quotations, and ensure timely follow-ups with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Digital Lead Follow-Up : Promptly follow up on incoming sales leads generated via online platforms (e.g., IndiaMART, Justdial, Facebook, Google Ads, and website inquiries); qualify prospect requirements and assign leads to field sales executives or handle directly.
- Client & Team Communication: Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients, field sales executives, and internal departments (operations, accounts, and logistics).
- CRM & Record Management:



Log every online and offline lead into the CRM database, track status throughout the sales funnel, and ensure strict follow-up schedules are met.
- Documentation & Proposals: Draft formal sales quotations for qualified leads and align meetings for the sales staff.
- Reporting & Tracking: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lead conversion and pipeline reports for management review.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Back-Office Executive, or Digital Lead Generation Coordinator.
- Education: B.Com/BA/BCA
- Soft Skills: Fluent in Hindi/English/Punjabi
- Technical Skills:
- Hands-on familiarity with digital lead portals (IndiaMART seller panel, Justdial, Facebook Lead Forms, etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
