Role & Responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Prepare monthly MIS and management reports.
- Conduct variance analysis and business performance reviews.
- Develop financial models to support strategic decisions.
- Monitor revenue, profitability, and cash flow.
- Support leadership with financial insights and planning.
- Identify cost optimization opportunities.
- Support fundraising, investor reporting, and business planning initiatives.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 2-3 years of experience in FP&A;, Business Finance, or Corporate Finance.
- Solid analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in startups, logistics, manufacturing, supply chain, or consulting will be preferred.
