We are seeking an experienced and motivated Head of Department to oversee academic delivery, support staff and students, and ensure high-quality teaching across our vocational education and training (VET) programs. This is a face-to-face leadership role requiring solid academic expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to an outstanding student experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

The Head of Department will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the facility while maintaining high standards of education, training, compliance, and student support in accordance with the requirements of the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), as well as relevant Indian regulatory authorities.
- Oversee all aspects of centre management, including admissions, staff supervision, training delivery, curriculum implementation, student and parent communication, and facility operations.
