Role Description
The Sales Lead is a full-time, in office role based in Nagpur, responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers and partners in the drone and aerospace sector. This role involves managing the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, preparing proposals, and closing deals. The Sales Lead will coordinate product demonstrations, gather customer feedback, and work closely with technical and operations teams to align offerings with market needs.



Daily activities include mentoring and guiding the sales team, tracking performance metrics, preparing sales reports, and contributing to sales strategies that expand Aasma Aerospace’s market presence.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth, manage pipelines, and lead sales initiatives.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to coach, support, and develop members of the sales team.
- Experience in aerospace, defense, or technology solutions sales is beneficial.
- Proven track record in B2B or enterprise sales and account management is preferred.
- Ability to analyze market trends, prepare accurate forecasts, and use CRM tools effectively.
