Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Development Manager with hands-on experience in microservices architecture to lead a high-performing engineering team. The ideal candidate will drive the design, development, and deployment of scalable, distributed systems while fostering agile practices and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of developers working on microservices-based applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and DevOps to define service boundaries and APIs.
- Drive agile development practices including sprint planning, code reviews, and CI/CD.
- Ensure high code quality and system performance through testing, monitoring, and optimization.
- Decompose monolithic applications into microservices using best practices.
- Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and technical ownership.





Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of software development experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Solid expertise in microservices architecture and cloud-native development.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ), service mesh, and API gateways.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, and monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL, distributed databases).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
