We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to drive lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with prospects, understand their business needs, and convert opportunities into sales — primarily through calls, emails, and online meetings.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, emails, social platforms, and inbound inquiries
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable product/solution offerings
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate customer and pipeline data
- Follow up on leads, proposals, and quotations to close deals
- Schedule product demos and coordinate with the sales/technical team as needed
- Build long-term relationships with prospects and existing customers
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share insights with management
- Stay updated on product features, pricing, and competitor offerings

Required Skills & Qualifications




- Bachelor’s degree (Business/Marketing preferred)
- 1–3 years of inside sales or telesales experience (B2B preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into customers
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
- Result-oriented mindset with ability to work under targets
- Good presentation and follow-up skills

- Experience in SaaS / HRMS / IT / Services (optional — can be customized)
- Self-motivated, energetic, and proactive
- Quick learner with problem-solving attitude

Compensation
- Competitive salary + performance incentives (customize as needed)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
