We are looking for an experienced Franchise Development Manager to drive the expansion of our school franchise network. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in franchise development, business expansion, or the education sector, with a solid understanding of the preschool/school business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop potential franchise opportunities.
- Generate leads and build relationships with prospective franchise partners.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Guide franchisees through the onboarding and conversion process.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth franchise setup.
- Achieve franchise acquisition and business growth targets.
- Stay updated on market trends and opportunities in the education sector.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in franchise development, sales, or business development.
- 3-6 years in franchise sales, institutional sales, real estate,
education sales or business development.
- Solid knowledge of the school/preschool education industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Ability to independently manage the complete franchise acquisition cycle.
- Investor handling, pipeline management, presentation skills and closure orientation
- Strong target orientation with a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset.
