Responsibilities

We are looking for a creative, curious, and data-driven Marketing Analyst to join our growing marketing team. At Gnani.ai, you'll help build consumer-facing (B2C) mobile apps that bring AI-powered experiences directly to everyday users. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in B2C marketing, digital campaigns, content, customer research, and growth marketing. This role offers hands-on exposure to marketing campaigns, market research, customer behaviour, content creation, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of B2C marketing campaigns across social media, digital, content, and other marketing channels• Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify trends, opportunities, and insights• Assist in developing content ideas, social media campaigns, marketing copies, and campaign assets• Track and analyze campaign performance and customer engagement metrics• Maintain reports, dashboards, and campaign trackers• Assist with A/B testing, customer research,



surveys, and marketing experiments• Monitor social media, competitor activities, industry trends, and emerging marketing opportunities• Work closely with content, design, performance marketing, product, and growth teams on marketing initiatives• Support the team in identifying new customer segments, acquisition channels, and growth opportunities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or a related field• 2+ years of experience in a similar domain• Strong interest in B2C marketing, digital marketing, growth, and consumer behaviour• Basic understanding of social media, digital marketing, marketing funnels, and campaign metrics• Good analytical and research skills with an ability to identify meaningful insights• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides• Solid written and verbal commu
