Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Incharge for our construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing all store activities, maintaining material records, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring proper inventory control at the project site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle receipt, storage, and issue of construction materials
- Maintain stock registers and inventory records
- Monitor inward and outward material movement
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports
- Coordinate with procurement and site teams
- Ensure proper storage and safety of materials
- Maintain material documentation and gate entries
- Conduct physical stock verification regularly
- Avoid material shortages and excess inventory
- Maintain ERP/Excel-based stock records

Required Skills:
- Knowledge of construction materials and store operations
- Positive inventory management skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/ERP)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records and reports
