Whizz HR is hiring for a Event Designer to work with a leading digital advertising agency in Mumbai :

Key Responsibilities
- Design event branding, key visuals, and creative concepts.
- Create stage backdrops, LED screen graphics, banners, standees, posters, and signage.
- Design social media creatives, digital invitations, emailers, and promotional materials.
- Develop print-ready artwork for event collateral.
- Collaborate with event managers, production teams, and clients to understand project requirements.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and event themes.
- Prepare final files for print, digital displays, and large-format production.
- Make revisions based on client and stakeholder feedback.
- Stay updated with design trends, typography, and event branding techniques.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Good understanding of layout, typography, color theory,



and composition.
- Experience designing for large-format printing and LED screens.
- Solid creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the events or advertising industry.
- Knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects) is an added advantage.
- Experience working with event production or experiential marketing agencies is preferred.
