Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented RTO & Legal Executive with 2–3 years of experience in RTO procedures and vehicle-related legal compliance to manage documentation, registration, and legal processes for two-wheeler, four-wheeler, and commercial vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end RTO processes including vehicle registration, transfer of ownership, and re-registration.
- Process hypothecation addition/removal, NOC issuance, and duplicate RC applications.
- Manage renewal of fitness certificates, permits, and road tax for two-wheeler, four-wheeler,



and commercial vehicles.
- Ensure timely payment of road tax, fines, and other statutory dues related to vehicle compliance.
- Liaise with RTO offices, transport authorities, and government departments for smooth processing of documents.
- Verify and maintain accuracy of vehicle documents, including RC, insurance, and PUC certificates.
- Review contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to vehicle sales, purchase, and dealership operations.
- Ensure company compliance with motor vehicle laws, transport regulations, and other applicable legal requirements.
- Coordinate resolution of traffic challans, disputes, and other legal or regulatory issues.
- Maintain organized records of all RTO and legal documentation for audits and reference.
- Track changes in transport regulations and RTO policies, and advise the team accordingly.
