Role & responsibilities
- Manage daily outlet operations and ensure smooth service.
- Attend customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Handle billing, cash, and POS operations.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for timely order delivery.
- Monitor stock and assist with inventory management.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Ensure outlet SOPs and company standards are followed.
- For Supervisor/Executive roles: manage staff, prepare duty rosters, and oversee overall outlet performance.

Responsibilities for Outlet Supervisor / Outlet Executive
- Supervise and manage outlet staff during shifts.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and manage attendance.
- Train and guide team members on service standards and SOPs.




- Monitor overall outlet performance and achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with management regarding operational requirements.
- Ensure proper opening and closing of the outlet.
- Handle stock, inventory, and daily operational reports.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience in F&B;, QSR, Restaurant, Caf, Food Court, or Hospitality industry preferred.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of POS, billing, cash handling, and digital payments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid team management skills for Supervisor and Executive positions.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
