- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Maintain crushers, mills, conveyors, and packers.
- Monitor equipment performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and reduce downtime.
- Coordinate maintenance with operations teams.
- Follow safety and maintenance standards.
- Maintain records and manage spare parts.
- Support plant shutdown activities.
Required Skills
- Cement plant mechanical maintenance.
- Knowledge of crushers, mills, conveyors, fans, and pumps.
- Preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Troubleshooting and RCA skills.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings.
- SAP PM knowledge.
- Safety focus and teamwork.
