Job Summary
- We are looking for a energetic, result-oriented, and highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive business growth by acquiring new clients, building long-term relationships, and generating revenue for our Event Management Company.
- The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing client relationships, preparing proposals, coordinating with internal teams, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring successful project execution while achieving sales and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Sales
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through, networking, references, social media, online research, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through CRM and regular follow-ups.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and requirement gathering sessions.
- Understand client objectives and recommend creative event solutions.
- Prepare customized event proposals, presentations, quotations,



budgets, and commercial agreements.
- Present event concepts and business proposals confidently to decision-makers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to generate repeat business.
- Understand client requirements, prepare event proposals, presentations, quotations, and budgets.
- Participate in tender submissions while ensuring timely proposal delivery.
- Conduct market research, analyze competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop strategic partnerships with corporates, agencies, venues, and vendors.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, trade shows, and business meetings.
- Coordinate with Creative, Production, Operations, Procurement, and Finance teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure seamless project handover and monitor timelines until successful completion.
