EYP-Infrastructure Advisory – Assistant Manager / Associate Manager- Regulatory Due Diligence
The team is part of EY-P Global Delivery Services (GDS), SaT. As a part of GDS Infrastructure Advisory team, we support EY-P Global Infrastructure Advisory Practices on engagement delivery and Business Development support across the Transport, Health and Human Services and Power & Utilities sectors with a focus on consulting services in infrastructure projects service delivery.
The GDS IA team focusses on both the government and private sector. The team works with the IA practices of Oceania, US, Canada, UKI, Western Europe and Maghreb (WEM) along with Singapore. As a part of service delivery,
the team is responsible for undertaking the following set of activities:
Sound understanding of regulations in infrastructure and energy sector.
The candidate should have experience in preparing Regulatory Due Diligence (Reg DD) reports, with a solid understanding of the regulatory frameworks governing the infrastructure and energy sectors. The candidate should also possess knowledge of the following
- Overview of the regulatory framework
- Mapping of key regulatory drivers, risks and opportunities
- Regulatory scenario analysis and assessment
- Regulatory modelling
- Comparative benchmarking
- Regulated Asset Base (RAB) Methodology
- WACC methodology and framework
- Regulated costs and allocation framework
- Regulatory deep dive on concession contract
- Public sector / Infrastructure, the candidate should demonstrate:
- Stronge understanding of procurement strategies, tendering methodologies and bid evaluation processes for large
