Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop solar mounting structures as per project requirements.
- Prepare detailed 2D/3D drawings, fabrication drawings and BOMs.
- Work on structural components, connections and fabrication details.
- Coordinate with production, fabrication and project teams.
- Review designs for accuracy, feasibility and cost optimization.
- Modify designs based on site requirements and technical changes.
- Ensure designs comply with required engineering standards and specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical/Civil Engineering.
- 25 years of experience in Solar Structure / Steel Structure Design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SolidWorks/STAAD.Pro will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of steel fabrication, structural connections and material specifications.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in solar mounting structure design will be preferred.
