Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Executive with at least 1 year of experience in sales or client acquisition, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency. The ideal candidate will identify current business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and help expand the agency’s client base across multiple categories.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients in D2C, fashion, beauty, and lifestyle segments.
Generate qualified leads through research, outreach, and networking.
Pitch agency services (Digital Marketing, SEO,
Branding, Social Media, Performance Marketing, etc.) effectively to prospects.
Prepare customized proposals and presentations for potential clients.
Manage the end-to-end sales process - from lead generation to deal closure.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project handover.
Maintain CRM records and track progress against monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Stay updated with industry and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, client servicing, or sales (preferably in a digital agency).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and agency workflows.
Goal-oriented with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
