SAP BTP Integration Suite Support Consultant [3-8 Years]

Location: Pune / Bangalore / Hyderabad [Pune preferred but not a must]

Role Overview

We are looking for experienced
SAP BTP Integration Suite Support Consultants
to provide post-go-live AMS support for SAP BTP Integration Suite across multiple partner and enterprise systems. The role will focus on interface monitoring, incident resolution, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, message reprocessing, and integration support in a 24x7 follow-the-sun model.

The support team will manage approximately 143 interfaces across 14 partner systems, with resources aligned to specific technology clusters.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and support SAP BTP Integration Suite interfaces and iFlows.

Analyze and resolve integration failures, interface errors, and failed messages.

Perform message reprocessing and routine incident resolution.

Troubleshoot integration issues across multiple partner systems.

Perform root-cause analysis for complex integration issues.

Develop/fix custom adapters, scripts,



and integration components where required.

Investigate integration performance issues and provide corrective actions.

Support interface monitoring strategy, escalation management, and runbook governance.

Work closely with L2/L3 teams and application owners for complex issue resolution.

Maintain and enhance integration support runbooks and operational documentation.

Participate in 24x7 shift-based support and follow-the-sun handover.

Support hypercare activities during the initial post-go-live period.
