- Job Summary:

Crazy Pencilz is on the lookout for a talented Unreal Engine Developer with a strong grasp of Blueprint scripting and experience working with Blender. You’ll play a key role in bringing interactive environments, characters, and game systems to life. This role involves close collaboration with our 3D artists, designers, and tech teams to build engaging gameplay experiences and real-time visualizations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain gameplay mechanics, logic systems, and features using Unreal Engine’s Blueprint Visual Scripting.

· Seamlessly integrate 3D assets from Blender into Unreal Engine, maintaining a smooth pipeline.

· Work closely with artists and designers to implement gameplay features, character interactions, and level scripting.

· Debug and optimize Blueprint systems for performance across platforms.

· Build and iterate on interactive prototypes and core game systems.

· Implement animations, physics behaviors, and material logic within Blueprints.

· Support cinematic, VR/AR,



or virtual production workflows as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and implement 3D environments using Unreal Engine, including landscapes, architectural elements, and props.
Texture, light, and optimize environments to enhance mood, atmosphere, and performance.
Collaborate with level designers and technical artists to integrate assets into the game engine, ensuring environments enhance gameplay.
Ensure proper optimization of assets to meet performance requirements across different platforms.
Apply atmospheric effects like weather, fog, and lighting to bring environments to life.
Work within the game's style and technical constraints to ensure consistency and quality.
Create terrain and workplace layouts that are efficient and work well with game mechanics.
Work within established art pipelines to meet production deadlines and contribute to the overall artistic direction of the game.
