Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and revenue for Pushpam Sanskruti Resort, Karjat.
- Generate business from the Mumbai market, with primary focus on:
- Corporate groups & offsites
- MICE business
- Weddings & destination celebrations
- Social events & group bookings
- Travel agents & tour operators
- Event and wedding planners
- Leisure and weekend group business
- Develop solid relationships with corporates, event companies, travel partners and key accounts.
- Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings and presentations across Mumbai.
- Generate leads,



negotiate commercials and convert enquiries into confirmed business.
- Conduct and coordinate resort site visits for prospective clients.
- Regularly visit the Karjat resort as per business requirements, particularly for site inspections, important groups, weddings, events and client meetings.
- Work closely with Reservations, Front Office, F&B;, Banquets and Operations for smooth execution of confirmed business.
- Promote the resort's villas, private-pool villas, jacuzzi suites, dining, wellness and overall resort experiences.
- Develop new markets and identify opportunities to improve weekday and weekend business.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Monitor competitor properties, market trends and pricing.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
- 5–8 years of hospitality sales experience, preferably with
