Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in IT Services Sales, particularly in Mobile App Development, Web Development, Staff Augmentation, and Software Development Services. The role focuses on lead generation, client acquisition, relationship building, and identifying current business opportunities in international markets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, networking, and other digital channels.
- Opportunity Creation: Identify and develop new business opportunities for mobile app development, web development, software development, and staff augmentation services.
- Client Acquisition: Engage with prospective clients, understand their requirements, and convert opportunities into business deals.
- Pipeline Management:



Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools and regular follow-ups.
- Client Communication: Conduct discovery calls, requirement-gathering discussions, and client presentations.
- Proposal & Documentation: Prepare proposals, capability presentations, commercial proposals, and RFQ/RFP responses.
- International Market Exposure: Work with clients across the US, UK, UAE, Europe, and other international markets.
- Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Cross-selling & Up-selling: Identify opportunities to offer additional services to existing clients.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain sales records, update CRM activities, and provide regular pipeline and performance reports.
