ESPIRIT TOYOTA is looking for a Sales Officer who is enthusiastic, customer-focused, and target-oriented to join our dynamic Sales Team.

The Sales Officer will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable Toyota products, conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives, converting enquiries into bookings, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from enquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage showroom customers professionally.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Explain Toyota models, features, specifications, pricing, warranties, and benefits.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and coordinate test drives.
- Generate leads through showroom walk-ins, referrals, field visits, digital enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into bookings and sales.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Explain available finance, insurance, exchange, and other value-added products to customers.




- Maintain accurate customer information and regularly update the CRM.
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Accessories, and Delivery teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Participate in showroom campaigns, promotional activities, roadshows, and marketing events.
- Maintain proper knowledge of Toyota products, competitor models, offers, and market trends.
- Ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Follow dealership policies, sales processes, and customer-service standards.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in automobile, retail, FMCG, banking, telecom, or other sales roles.
- Freshers with solid communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
