Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan production activities to meet customer requirements, ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Oversee assembly shop floor operations, including manpower handling, product planning, and quality control.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste on the shop floor.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to production management, SAP implementation, and shop floor management.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards by implementing effective quality control measures.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 8-15 years of experience in Assembly Production or similar role in an automotive industry setting.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Automobile Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.) or Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.).
- Robust understanding of assembly production processes, including planning, execution, and quality control.
- Proficiency in SAP systems for production planning and management.
