Job Summary:
We are looking for a Freelance Recruiter to support our hiring needs by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across various roles. This is a remote, project-based role ideal for self-driven professionals with solid recruitment experience and access to talent networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client/job requirements and create sourcing strategies
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Shortlist and present suitable candidates to hiring managers
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups
- Maintain candidate pipeline and database
- Ensure timely closure of positions
- Manage candidate communication and offer negotiations
- Adhere to turnaround time (TAT) and quality metrics
