Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Compliance Executive with robust articleship experience to join our growing Chartered Accountancy practice. The candidate will be responsible for handling client assignments independently and supporting the firm in taxation, compliance, audit, and advisory functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns for individuals, firms, LLPs, and companies.
- Handling GST registrations, return filings, reconciliations, and compliance matters.
- Assisting in statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, and related assignments.
- Preparation and filing of ROC forms and ensuring corporate compliance.
- Drafting replies to notices from Income Tax, GST, and other regulatory authorities.
- Preparation of financial statements, working papers, and management reports.
- Client coordination and follow-up for information and compliance requirements.
- Assisting senior team members in advisory, assessment, and litigation matters.




- Managing assignments within timelines while maintaining quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Completed Articleship under a Chartered Accountant.
- Good practical exposure to Income Tax, GST, Audit, and ROC compliances.
- Working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Ability to work independently and handle client responsibilities.
- Good communication and drafting skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experience
- 1 to 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Freshly qualified articles with good practical exposure may also apply.
