Responsibilities
- Deliver qualified candidates within the agreed recruitment timelines.
- Manage and guide the recruitment team effectively.
- Handle recruitment activities for engineering and white-collar positions.
- Manage payroll-related activities and ensure accuracy and timely completion.
- Prepare, maintain, and monitor recruitment and payroll MIS reports.
- Utilize job portals, professional networks, and other job-posting platforms for candidate sourcing.
- Conduct candidate screening and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders.
- Analyze market salaries and support appropriate compensation decisions.
- Conduct salary negotiations with candidates while balancing business requirements and candidate expectations.
- Track recruitment performance, hiring progress, and team productivity.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in
recruitment and payroll management
.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Good exposure to
engineering hiring and white-collar recruitment
.




- Experience managing or leading a recruitment team.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, salary structures, and market trends.
