Job Description
- Performance Management: Lead annual & mid-year Reviews, goal-setting, talent calibration and continuous feedback.
- Employee Engagement: Oversee Engagement surveys, pulse checks, sentiment analysis, and action planning.
- Service Delivery & Compliance: Manage global service delivery models, SLAs, and governance standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HRBPs, Business leaders, and Tech teams.




- Data & Process Optimization: Track cycle metrics, drive process standardization, and scale global programs.

The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate in this role meets the following criteria-
- 17+ yrs of exp, especially in Performance Mgt and Emp Engagement
- Should have experience in Transportation, Shipping, Logistics, Maritime, Supply Chain, Storage, etc industries
- Experience in collaborating with global stakeholders across teams
