We are looking for a responsible and well-spoken Reception & Lead Management Executive to manage the dealership reception, customer calls, sales leads, and routine office administration.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers visiting the showroom and understand the purpose of their visit.
- Attend incoming customer calls professionally and provide basic information about vehicles, prices, offers, and availability.
- Record every enquiry accurately in the CRM or lead-management system.
- Assign leads to the appropriate sales executive without delay.
- Track pending leads and ensure sales executives complete follow-up calls on time.
- Follow up with customers regarding showroom visits, vehicle enquiries, quotations, finance status, bookings, and deliveries.
- Schedule showroom appointments, vehicle demonstrations, and test drives.
- Maintain records of walk-in customers, phone enquiries, online leads, and missed calls.
- Reconnect with unattended or inactive leads and update their current status.




- Prepare and submit daily reports on calls, leads, showroom visits, appointments, and pending follow-ups.
- Coordinate between customers, sales executives, finance staff, and management.
- Maintain reception cleanliness, visitor records, courier records, and office files.
- Handle routine office administration, stationery requirements, printing, scanning, and document filing.
- Assist management with staff attendance, meetings, reports, and basic administrative coordination.
- Escalate customer complaints or unresolved enquiries to the concerned manager.

Candidate Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in reception, telecalling, customer support, CRM, lead management, or office administration.
- Previous experience in an automobile showroom or dealership is preferred.
- Positive communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
