Who You Are:
- Proven expertise as a Motion Graphic Designer & Video Editor with 3–4 years of experience and a solid portfolio demonstrating your skills.
- Knowledge of industry-standard video editing tools (for example, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro).
- An expert in color correction, grading, sound design, and audio post-production.
- A whiz with motion graphics, transitions, animations, and visual effects – we can’t live without them
- Strong understanding of social media trends and performance-driven ad creatives.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and a strong dedication to producing high-quality work are required.
- Understanding of visual language, composition,
framing, shot selection, pacing, rhythm, and cinematic editing techniques.
- Knowledge of how camera angles, shot sizes, movement, and visual hierarchy influence viewer perception and retention.
- Proficiency in AI tools and prompt engineering for content creation, ideation, asset generation, and workflow automation.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and the drive to develop cutting-edge editing/AI workflows
