What We’re Looking For

✅ Degree or certification in
Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or Education
*(preferred but not mandatory)*

✅ Proven leadership experience in a
preschool or early learning environment

✅ Robust understanding of
child development, play-based learning, and early years best practices

✅ Outstanding communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills

✅ Highly organised, dependable,



and confident in managing day-to-day centre operations
