Scientist will conduct agricultural experiments in pots as well as on fields. He/she will be responsible for developing sustainable agricultural formulations to address pest management and optimize crop productivity along with rigorous testing of in-house formulations. He/she will also conduct experiments, analyze data, and provide expert insights into pest behavior, crop protection strategies, and soil management techniques. He/she will also be responsible for the development and testing of herbal formulations against plants pests.

Exp.- 1 year (preferrable)
A Ph.D.
or Master's degree in Entomology, Agronomy, Crop Science, Plant Protection, or a related field is required. A solid academic background with coursework and research experience in entomology, agronomy, crop protection, or pest management is essential.
Proven research experience in entomology and agronomy, including conducting experiments, analyzing data, and publishing research findings in peer-reviewed journals. Experience with field trials, laboratory studies, and statistical analysis techniques is desirable.
