About the Role

As a
Senior Software Engineer – DevOps
, you will play a key hands-on role in designing, building, and operating
cloud infrastructure and DevOps platforms
that power Redpin’s digital products.

This role focuses heavily on
AWS, CI/CD, automation, reliability, security, and cost optimization
, while working closely with engineering teams to enable
fast, secure, and reliable software delivery at scale
.

What You'll Do





Cloud Infrastructure (AWS)
- Design, provision, and operate
secure, scalable AWS infrastructure
- Work across
compute, networking, storage, and IAM
- Support
multi-account AWS environments
and apply governance guardrails
- Implement
Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
using
Terraform and/or CloudFormation
- Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure issues

CI/CD & DevOps Automation
- Build, maintain, and optimize
CI/CD pipelines
for application and microservices teams
- *(preferably using GitLab or GitHub)*
- Automate
build, test, security scanning, and deployments
- Implement deployment strategies such as
blue-green, canary, and rolling deployments
- Improve
pipeline performance, stability, and developer experience

Cloud Security & Governance (Execution Focus)
- Implement AWS security best practices including
IAM, VPC security, encryption, and secrets management
- Enforce
tagging standards, access control
