Job Location : Kolkata West Bengal.

Shift : 5.5 Working Days ( Day Shift )

Responsibilities :-

Performance Management
- Coordinate the end-to-end PMS cycle including Goal Setting, Mid-Year Review, Annual Appraisal and Calibration.
- Facilitate KRA/KPI formulation, monitor timelines, maintain performance records, generate reports, support performance discussions, and coordinate Performance Improvement Plans (PIP).

Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment including manpower requisition, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, candidate coordination, offer management and joining formalities.
- Ensure smooth onboarding, induction, documentation, HRMS creation and current employee orientation to facilitate effective integration into the organization.

HR Business Partnering
- Partner with business leaders on manpower planning, employee engagement, grievance handling, employee counselling, retention initiatives, policy implementation and workforce planning.

Learning & Development
- Coordinate Training Need Identification (TNI), Annual Training Calendar, induction,



internal/external training programmes, LMS records, training effectiveness and L&D; reporting.

HR MIS & Analytics
- Prepare and maintain HR dashboards and MIS covering headcount, recruitment, attrition, attendance, leave, training, performance, productivity and employee cost. Ensure data accuracy and provide HR analytics for management decisions.

HR Projects
- Support HR automation, policy implementation, HR audits, employee engagement surveys, and organizational development initiatives.

-------- Hands on Experience in Learning and Development is mandatory.

-------- Experience from Retail Industry is a plus.

Qualification : MBA (HR)

Minimum Experience required : 3 Years in HR

Must be from Kolkata, West Bengal.
