Qualification
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. Electronics
- Diploma / Degree in Electronics, Biomedical, Instrumentation, or related discipline
Experience
- Service Engineer: 2 to 5 years of experience in installation, troubleshooting, and servicing of diagnostic or laboratory equipment.
- Senior Service Engineer: 5 to 15 years of experience in handling imported diagnostic instruments and leading service activities.
- Freshers are not preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Installation, commissioning, and maintenance of diagnostic and laboratory instruments.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment at customer sites.
- Provide technical support and training to customers.
- Attend service calls and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain service records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with customers, sales, and technical teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with company service standards and procedures.
- Travel extensively to customer locations across India as required.
Skills Required
- Strong technical knowledge of electronics and diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently handle field service activities.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet service timelines.
